Insuring Your Possessions
We supply our customers with an Insurance Application Form and a Valuation Sheet. For insurance purposes, ALL items in your shipment must be listed and a corresponding replacement cost provided. It is important to note that the insurer has the right to decide whether damaged items will be repaired or replaced. For example, if a table is chipped and can be repaired, the insurer will NOT pay for replacement.
Claims cannot be submitted for creased clothing as this is an unavoidable part of your move.
